Ayami is always looking for different ways to connect with her students in their yoga practice by marrying her many passions into teaching. One such passion is that of essential oils and the way they help her connect to her body, to her emotions, and to the Earth.
She is excited to offer this class to introduce how oils can enhance the whole experience of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Come learn about the benefits of oils and how they complement the yogic limb of pratyahara which asks us to practice with awareness of our sensory modalities.
Class format: 75 minutes (60 minute asana*/pranayama + 15 minute meditation/savasana)
