Creamy Vegan Pesto

Before you go reaching for your beautiful measuring cups, you should know that I didn't measure anything aside from the basil (loosely) and walnuts. I did my best to estimate the amount of ingredients I used so start with my suggestions below, and adjust for your taste preference!

Also, I opted not to used olive oil but you can obviously drizzle some in if you wish.

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh basil

1 cup walnuts

1 tbsp miso

1/2 juice of lemon

3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast

2-3 tbsp water

1-2 clove garlic

Salt + Pepper to taste

Directions:

Place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. So simple!
